The Arizona Diamondbacks shall place targets on the Chase Field playing field ("Targets"). The size and placement of the Targets shall be determined by the Arizona Diamondbacks in its sole and absolute discretion. A Participant who hits a pitched ball over the outfield wall of Chase Field, in fair territory, without first bouncing on the field or foul territory (a "Home Run") during his/her At-Bat will be declared a "Home Run Winner". The ultimate determination of whether a hit constitutes a Home Run shall be made by the Arizona Diamondbacks, in its sole and absolute discretion. Participants must present valid identification on the day of the Promotion Event in order to participate. All Participants must sign a waiver prior to entering the batter's box, wear a batting helmet, and use a baseball bat provided by the Arizona Diamondbacks.
